Orders are accepted once payment is received or confirmed. We may cancel or refuse orders at our discretion, including where legal compliance cannot be verified.
Title and risk pass to the buyer on dispatch. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or peak periods.
Refunds are offered for damaged goods only, subject to the Refund Policy. Change of mind returns are not accepted for research products.
