This Shipping Policy outlines the shipping costs, delivery regions, processing times, and responsibilities related to orders placed with APL Research Pty Ltd trading as Au Peptide Labs (ABN 53 700 008 019). Orders are dispatched from our warehouse at 36 Sandford Avenue, Sunshine North VIC 3020.
The same shipping terms apply on every product page, in the cart and at checkout. Shipping is calculated on the order, not per item.

Shipping cost is shown as a separate line in the cart and at checkout before you place your order, and again on your order confirmation email.
Au Peptide Labs currently ships within Australia only. At this time, international shipping is not available. We deliver to street addresses, PO Boxes, and Australia Post Parcel Lockers and Parcel Collect locations.
Orders are paid by bank transfer. Processing starts once your payment is received and matched to your order number. Paid orders received before 2pm Melbourne time (AEST/AEDT) on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders paid after the cut-off, on weekends, or on public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.
You will receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
We use Australia Post for all domestic shipments, with tracking included. Every order ships Express Post. Estimated transit times, in business days after dispatch:
Metro areas generally refer to capital cities such as Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane, along with surrounding suburbs. Regional, rural, or remote areas include country towns, outer regions, and remote communities, where delivery times are longer because of transport routes and distance.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. Au Peptide Labs is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels resulting from incorrect address information or unavailable recipients.
All delivery timeframes are estimates only, provided by Australia Post and based on their standard guidelines. Actual delivery times can vary and may be longer due to factors outside our control, including courier network issues, peak shipping periods, weather conditions, natural disasters, address inaccuracies, or other unforeseen circumstances with Australia Post.
We dispatch orders promptly from our Sunshine North warehouse, but once handed over to Australia Post, we cannot guarantee or control exact delivery speeds. If delays occur, please track your parcel through Australia Post or contact us at hello@aupeptidelabs.net.
