Au Peptide Labs currently ships within Australia only. At this time, international shipping is not available.

Order Processing and Dispatch

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 hours on business days from our Melbourne warehouse. Orders placed outside of business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

We use Australia Post for all domestic shipments, with tracking included.

Delivery options and estimated timeframes, in business days after dispatch, are as follows:

• Express Post is the fastest option and includes tracking, and in many cases signature on delivery.
  • Metro areas, including capital cities and major metropolitan zones, typically arrive in 1-2 business days. Next business day delivery may be possible within the Express Post network for eligible postcodes.
  • Regional, rural, or remote areas, including outer suburbs, country towns, and remote communities, generally take 1-3 or more business days due to distance from major hubs.
  • Overall Australia-wide estimate: 1-3 business days, with remote locations sometimes taking longer.
• Parcel Post is the standard, cost-effective option and includes tracking.
  • Metro areas within the same state typically arrive in 2-4 business days.
  • Interstate or metro-to-regional and remote deliveries generally take 3-6 business days.
  • Overall Australia-wide estimate: 2-6 business days, with regional, rural, and remote areas often taking longer.

Metro areas generally refer to capital cities such as Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane, along with surrounding suburbs. Regional, rural, or remote areas include country towns, outer regions, and remote communities, where delivery times are longer because of transport routes and distance.

Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. Au Peptide Labs is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels resulting from incorrect address information or unavailable recipients.

Delivery Disclaimer

All delivery timeframes are estimates only, provided by Australia Post and based on their standard guidelines. Actual delivery times can vary and may be longer due to factors outside our control, including courier network issues, peak shipping periods, weather conditions, natural disasters, address inaccuracies, or other unforeseen circumstances with Australia Post.

We dispatch orders promptly from our Melbourne warehouse, but once handed over to Australia Post, we cannot guarantee or control exact delivery speeds. If delays occur, please track your parcel through Australia Post or contact them directly.

Ensuring accurate delivery details helps prevent unnecessary delays, returns, or redirection of shipments.
