Refunds are available only for goods that arrive damaged or defective. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and must include photos of the damage and the shipping label.
Change of mind returns are not accepted for research materials. Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for refund.
Once we receive your request, our team will review the evidence and confirm the outcome. Where eligible, a replacement or refund will be issued to the original payment method.
